Given away for free by car dealership "Hoogenboom (Waalhaven)" in Rotterdam, the Netherlands (now called "Auto Hoogenboom").
The car dealership sent out a Christmas card/invitation in 1995 with Christmas and New Year's wishes telling customers to come and have a look at their Christmas themed showroom and promising them a free CD upon a visit to their business.
The release year of the CD is based on information in the card as there is hardly any information to be found on the release.
The part of the text in the Christmas card that mentions the CD (in Dutch):
"We Wish You - Onze Showroom is in kerstsfeer gebracht, vol nieuwtjes en speciale aanbiedingen. Wij nodigen u dan ook van harte uit om hiervan te komen genieten. Bij uw bezoek ontvangt u de speciaal voor ons samengestelde kerst-cd. We weten zeker dat onze keuze u zal bevallen. Deze compact disc staat namelijk boordevol klassieke kerst-melodieën, evergreens voor onder de kerstboom. Het is muziek die past bij het moment van bezinning dat door Kerstmis wordt gemarkeerd".
