It is possible that the 7" version was in a different key to the LP version because it certainly sounds a bit higher pitch than my 1958 Best Of Sellers 10" LP version and runs 4 seconds shorter. It probably isn't that surprising as EMI were known for different LP and single mixes as any Beatles fan knows.
